Two teenage girls arrive at a photo shoot to make some extra cash. After some small talk, the photographer has them taking turns posing. After a few minutes, it is clear that the photographer is a little strange. Soon, he has them naked and posing together. He offers them some extra work, explaining that it involves some fake blood. The girls seem game, but one decides to use the bathroom.

While she is gone, the photographer gets really strange and downright intense--scaring the other girl. Just as she thinks it’s all part of an act, he pulls out a huge knife and slashes her twice across the chest, making a big “x”, cutting deeply into her breasts. She is in shock, just standing, looking at her horrendous wound as it starts to bleed. The pain crept up on her but before she had time to react, he grabs her harshly and thrusts the long sharp blade into her stomach below her belly button. Again and again he stabs her, thrusting the knife in and out many times making one jagged messy hole. When he is finally done, she has a glazed look on her face, but before she can fall, he brings the knife up and down into her chest just above her right breast. It sinks all the way in, piercing down into her chest and heart. He pulls the blade out, she falls to the ground, dead. Excited, he quickly starts to take pictures of his latest masterpiece.

Later, the other girl comes out of the restroom. She starts to panic, seeing her friend covered in blood on the floor, but he assures her that she is only acting. He gives her the big, bloody knife and tells her to lean over her friend and pose like she is about to stab her. He is frustrated that she is not doing it right, so he gets behind her, grabs the knife and tells her to hold still. She reluctantly complies. He leans forward and runs the knife quickly under her neck, spilling her blood all over her dead friend. He pushes her over and watches her as she slowly spits up and gags on her own blood—eventually bleeding out and dying. He spends the rest of the time taking photos and looking at the two lovely dead teenagers.
